I. According to news-medical.net more than 68.8% of all Americans are considered obese and this is why.
Your diet mainly reflects on your habits and sometimes people can create bad habits over time and they don’t end up realizing until they are thrown into the category of obesity.
A. Fast Food : is considered 55% more calorie consuming than most in-home meals. Bad Habits : In my opinion when a person develops a (sweet-tooth) as most people call it or having a urge to eat sweets is the first step in creating bad habits because I know this has happened to everyone in the past were you are supposed to be on a diet but you see a donut shop across the street in your mind you are going to say “well I have been eating well all week so One donut will not kill me.” That moment right there is what I call playing yourself or cheating yourself out of something instead of doing what you know is best.
