This could add to the number of customers you already have, and could be another way to advertise, indirectly. Another benefit to adding a delivery service is there is less downtime within your business (Revel, 2017). With more having more customers, comes more orders, and with more orders, comes more work. This explains itself and could have a positive impact in many different aspects of the store. The other ‘pro’ that comes from adding the delivery service, is you open more jobs to the public (Revel, 2017). With more business, comes more responsibility. You need to make up for the responsibility you will have, by hiring more people (Revel, 2017).
