Arguments, favors and oppositions Since Napster emerged, music sales in the U.S. have dropped 47 percent(RIAA,n.d.). However, Napster or any other music piracy is not to blame. In fact, music industry in 1980s and 90s was over-inflated(Swanson,2013). Artists receive a percentage of the music sales, and it is mostly between 12 and 14%(if you are a superstar, it can be 20%), after the deductions the retailer, the record company and the songwriter.
I shan’t not go into too graphic detail of how they got killed. I shall however tell you one of the ways. One of the ways of knowing (it didn’t work no matter what the outcome was) whether or not that they were a witch was by trapping them in some form of water. There are limitless jobs that can link to music production. Of course, the first job that comes to mind would be a music producer, or a record producer. The different careers consist of the song writer, manager, marketing executive, music publisher, and the producer. Also, it helps if the song writer can play 2 or more different instruments and has had voice lessons.

Music and media changed drastically after the appearance of The Beatles in the Ed Sullivan Show, and you can still see these changes in today's music industry taking place. One of the key changes that happened was that people had tv’s to be able to see musical groups play live. Before television it was hard for people who listened to music to be able to know what the people they were hearing looked like. So it was harder for them to make that connection with the music you were hearing since you didn't have a face to connect it with, so in essence people you can say people felt more connected with the music. The music world is currently going through a transitional period of it’s payment model and how the artist and producer of a song gets paid. Producers are not being paid or credited by record labels and artists because of the position there being put in in the industry; they need to come together and find methods to license/contract there work and also raise awareness. The new model that the music industry is transitioning to is the streaming model.
Without that kind of education you will be lost and not handle the music business well. The good thing is that as stated before I have experience in this sort of field. I volunteer at my cousins record label called ‘Gifted Ppl”. I work there over the summer and help out during school weeks. When I work there we try to find new artists for them to sign.
