Today, careers in the music industry give people the opportunity to express themselves, make good money, and move up in the industry as well. There are different positions in the music industry each just as important as the next. The different careers consist of the song writer, manager, marketing executive, music publisher, and the producer.
The song writer needs to be well versed in a wide variety of what is popular in the music industry. Also, it helps if the song writer can play 2 or more different instruments and has had voice lessons. The song writer typically works alone or in a group of 3 or more, so having knowledge of other languages can broaden the amount of opportunity they achieve.
