This is the third factors that make employee interested in flexible work hour. They can spend more hours in the weekdays to make them free in the weekend. This can help them to save their money in petrol to arrive at the office and go back home. In 2014, the petrol has arisen to RM2.30 per litre. This may help them in saving their money to spend in the other things such as groceries, and the other household. They can budget their and manage their cost in petrol to go for a work. They can save their money for their future. If there is an emergency they can use the money. Other than that, they can help their children in spending fee cost for their study especially in Institut Pengajian Tinggi (IPT). They will need a high cost in paying their fees such as their preparation in going to IPT. They will spend a lot of money when entering the IPT.
