Flexible work schedule are very helping for a working mother who have to help her husband in the life and have to manage her children. They can stabilize their time at home and at office if they are allowed to work in flexible work schedule. A flexible work schedule is more in used by women employee. Moreover, Subramaniam and Selvaratnam (2010) noted that Malaysia have almost of their women employee faced the difficulties in balancing their work and their family. Furthermore, private and government sector should aware about the working mother and their quality work relationship. This is the third factors that make employee interested in flexible work hour. They can spend more hours in the weekdays to make them free in the weekend. This can help them to save their money in petrol to arrive at the office and go back home. In 2014, the petrol has arisen to RM2.30 per litre. This may help them in saving their money to spend in the other things such as groceries, and the other household. They can budget their and manage their cost in petrol to go for a work. They can save their money for their future. If there is an emergency they can use the money. Other than that, they can help their children in spending fee cost for their study especially in Institut Pengajian Tinggi (IPT). They will need a high cost in paying their fees such as their preparation in going to IPT. They will spend a lot of money when entering the IPT. Parents have to support their children before they get the loan from Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) or Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional
