I can totally see how Ford has been in existence for so long in how the company aims to devote and invest major amounts of time and money in research and development of its products and ensuring that the vehicles they produce are safe, reliable, and innovative. Furthermore, they want to make it a priority that their customers need are met and exceed expectations. Even more, in my experience, they offer incentives when you purchase their vehicles such as free oil changes for the first 3, gasoline fill up once you purchase the vehicle, and a full car detail along with coupons for other services that you can use at a later date.

It is vitally important that top management plays a role in all aspects of the business to ensure they are aware and know what is going on with the overall process. Furthermore, this will help foster better work ethics, communication, and meeting the needs of the consumers.
