What would the world be like if teens always commit suicide because of love? “Romeo and Juliet” by William shakespeare, “Romeo and Juliet” it's about these two teens who immortality loved each other and ended up killing themselves from conflict. The person most responsible for Romeo and Juliet's death is Lord Capulet for forcing Juliet to Marry Paris when she was already married to Romeo, but some may argue it's Friar Lawrence because he gave Juliet the potion. The person most to blame is Lord Capulet because he forced Juliet to marry Paris without Juliet's consent, which ultimately led to Juliet's death. Juliet declines the marriage between her and Paris as stated, “I will not marry yet, and, when I do,I swear it shall be Romeo, whom you know I hate, rather than Paris.” This shows how Juliet never wanted to marry paris, and was deeply in love with …show more content…

Friar Lawrence is guilty because he gave the potion to Juliet which it states, “Take thou this vial, being then in bed, and this distilling liquor drink thou off.” This proves Friar Lawrence is to blame because he gave Juliet the potion which led to Juliet faking her death, then Romeo sees Juliet “dead” and kills himself, then Juliet sees Romeo dead then stabs herself with Romeo’s dagger and ends up dying. The reason Lord Capulet is more to blame is because he forced Juliet to marry Paris which led to her death. Lord Capulet is guilty because he forced Juliet to marry Paris as stated, “Sir Paris, I will make a desperate tender of my child's love.” This shows how Lord Capulet Force Juliet to marry Paris without Juliet's consent. Also, this proves how Lord Capulet is more to blame than friar Lawerence. Although some may argue fire Lawrence is to blame, Lord capulet is more to blame due to the reasons I've stated
