Directions: Write a 500 word essay focusing on your major, the future of this industry, and your contribution to it. I began working on sound and little lighting nothing to big and will be attending full sail university and will be going into show production. Show production will help me understand how the industry works with light, sound, managing live venues. This class will provide me with opportunities for real-world productions. Most graduates go into to the live scene fully prepared. Upon graduating the team at full sail help place you into the career you have studied for and help to launch you to where you want to be in. The impact I believe I will make on the industry would be great as technology advances the need for technicians will grow. My work will greatly enhance the live show experience. Due to the growing tech the local production companies will have more and better-used equipment to use. The future is great for show production so many people enjoy tech because they aren’t like everyone else they have learning differences that cant work in an office or work a regular day-to-day job.
