All Genetically Modified foods that are not yet available should be tested vigorously and gain approval from the FDA, before being presented into the market for the consumers. 2. The government should start funding on other farming methods other that Genetically Modified foods/organisms. 3. All the Genetically Modified foods should be labelled, as the consumers feel that it is their right to know about the food they consume. As this recommendation can also be extremely beneficial for people with food allergies. Labelling the products with stickers, through packaging and also through online shopping and restaurants should be allowed for the citizens to feel at ease. Conclusion: The results of the research indicated that not many people are aware about the impacts of genetically modified foods, and more research will be needed to better evaluate the relationship. However, when it comes tour diets and the food we consume, great precautions has to be taken and strict monitoring and testing has to be executed in the application of all methods and technologies used for the raising, processing and production of the foods to avoid any potential risk or hazard to the environment and the human
