Animal Farm: Who did it? The whole idea of animalism changed at the end of Animal Farm. So who is to blame for it? The book Animal Farm written by George Orwell is a political satire type of book. It's about a group of animals that overthrow the farmers to take over the farm for themselves to make their life better, but sadly it ended up being worse. The road of ruin for Animal Farm was lead by the gruesome leader Napoleon and sly Squealer. In some cases, people think it was Mr. Jones. He was the human who ran the farm at the beginning of the story. In the first chapter of Animal Farm, it says “Man is the only real enemy we have.
