Leaders during WWII and who caused WWII break out
Germany had a big impact on WWII. German land was taken from them and they were only allowed to have a small army and were constantly monitored by other countries. Germany had a big impact on WWII because Germans were tired of being controlled.
World War II started for many reasons; One reason was because of the Treaty of Versailles. The Treaty of Versailles was when Germany had to pay huge sums of money to repair the damage that had been done during World War I. The Treaty of Versailles was made to keep Germany from growing and creating another world war. “The Germans felt that they should not have been blamed for the war. The loss of territory was considered extremely humiliating,” (Anne Frank House). The sky-high reparations cause poverty throughout the country.
Another reason World War II started was because of Hitler’s invasion of Poland. This caused France and Britain to declare war. Hitler retaliated against Poland because of the lost territory.
