Thank you for reaching out to me and explaining the current situation at Grace Fellowship. Even though the church may be experiencing some difficult times in terms of finances and membership, I know that God is “able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us” (Eph. 3:20, ESV). Grace Fellowship is a part of His Church, and I believe God has a plan and purpose for the church, yet to be fulfilled within the community of Denton.

Yes, I am still interested in pastoring Grace Fellowship. It would be an honor to partner with the people of Grace Fellowship to see God do mighty things in and through the church to reach hurting people in Denton.

I believe God has called His Church to five basic purposes that are found in Acts 2:42-47. The Church is called to worship God, to evangelize the world around them, to develop people to spiritual maturity, to fellowship with one another, and to minister to the around us. I believe when a local church embarks on fulfilling these five purposes, the local church will experience growth just as the early Church. …show more content…
