I believe that communication, trust, and professionalism are the three most important factors when it comes to maintaining positive and productive relationships with all of the families. Communication is the glue that holds us together because parents want to know and be educated on their child’s developmental progress. Trust is the foundation of our relationships because honestly, without trust, we wouldn’t have relationships to begin with. The NAGC Teacher Knowledge and Skills Standards Self Assessment was completed on October 24, 2016. Donald Trump has been elected as the 45th president of United States of America. He has pledged “to make America great again” and recreate the American Dream. The election process, the rivalry between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, was one of the most rancorous in the US history. While the two candidates argued on national security, foreign affairs, the economy was again the most prominent subject of debate. 2008 financial crisis caused a tremendous bust in US economy, the housing market collapsed, thousands of citizens became unemployed and they lost their credit-based houses, prominent financial institutions also collapsed, Lehman Brothers being among them.
In my opinion, the child skills checklist and the CLASS Dimension guide can benefit both teachers and their student. The child checklist is a useful tool in assisting teachers as well as future teachers develop an understanding of their student’s level of development. The child skills checklist also allows teachers to detect if and where students may need additional assistance. The information which the teacher gathers can be used to ensure each student receives the proper intervention. The CLASS Dimension guide gives teachers useful guidance while effectively instructing a diverse class of students.

ANALYSE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ASSESSMENT METHODS IN RELATION TO MEETING THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS OF LEARNERS. UNIT 2, 6.2 Race, P. (2009) says “we need a richer mix of high-quality assessment formats, and we also need to decrease the overall burden of assessment for ourselves and for our students. We need to measure less, but measure it better.' Using a variety of assessment methods gives students more scope to demonstrate their knowledge and skills across a range of contexts. By adopting a wider catalogue of assessments I can also help support students who may for one reason or another be underprivileged by the extensive use of particular assessment formats.
Parents, as the voice for their children, play a crucial part in guiding and helping to insure that labels need never to define their child and make it a deciding factor to their education. Parents must do their own research as to what is best for that particular child and their situation. Parents and teachers must make it a point to always emphasize the child's abilities and strengths and grown on that, along with their disabilities. It is also important for teachers and
