Grit is often considered to be the strength of your character. That means you have the ability to keep going, even when faced with an obstacle. You have to be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. However, grit and talent are two different things.
Personally, I believe I have grit. I am hard working and often perceived as a leader within my grade and school. I like to consider myself as an honor student, considering I have a 4.3 GPA, which means I have to study and do homework. However, I am a part of so much more. I am a member of the band, and a member of jazz band, the sound technician in theatre, and I am an active member of Student Council and the Every Monday Matters Committee. All of these involve time and effort, and I do my best to help the most I can for each club. Although I may not be the best in everything I do, I have grit. I am willing to do whatever I can to be as successful as I can.
