Due to past experiences, there have been both positive and negatives aspects when working with a group. The positives aspects were that we communicated in a lot of ways but mostly through social media. For example, we made a Facebook group and exchanged numbers in order to remind each other when things need completing. Another positive communication behaviour is having empathy, something which I found hard doing in this grouping experience. Furthermore, I have learnt that people do have different views on things and by being patient and understanding can really help a group achieve their
