The degree to which employees identify themselves with a group shows the extent to which that team or group of people contributed to the sense of who they are. So, that they both perceive to represent each other when needed. Strength of identification determines the degree to which people or employees feel part of the group or the organization. People from diverse backgrounds always face difficulties connecting with other team members because of their cultures and sometimes they have hard time understanding the tasks.
