A final issue to think about in this process is which information about social groups is related to itself. The degree to which employees identify themselves with a group shows the extent to which that team or group of people contributed to the sense of who they are. So, that they both perceive to represent each other when needed. Strength of identification determines the degree to which people or employees feel part of the group or the organization. This includes that how other members of your group are dealing or interacting with you, how are they reacting to your ideas or thoughts, are they including you in group conversations and meetings.
Some people have a natural gift of getting together with other people where as others face difficulties facing new members thinking, what are other members going to think about them and their ideas? Most of the times people tend to have misconceptions about status, level of power, your position even your way of talking and your body language. People from diverse backgrounds always face difficulties connecting with other team members because of their cultures and sometimes they have hard time understanding the tasks. Fear of being made fun of or being judged do not let them step up and share their thoughts. Some members also refuse to define themselves in terms of a particular category. As a result, these people end up being poor members of groups.
Overall, in every organization when forming groups or teams. There should be specific norms and procedures stated and documented so that everyone can feel comfortable around their peers. This way everyone can put their thoughts on the table and share their ideas without being afraid of other members. This will lead to effective and efficient
