Growing up Bradley was an average size and weight. Yet, through hard work and effort he was able to become a strong and talented football player in high school. Consequently, he received the coveted True Grit Award based on work ethic, dedication and leadership on and off the field. Additionally, he was awarded the Lineman of the Year Award. Furthermore, the San Onofre Community of Camp Pendleton recognized Bradley for his contributions made to the community during summer Vacation Bible School programs. Bradley overcame his fear and insecurity of working with younger children and became an instrumental role model to them. While juggling athletics, academics and community outreaches Bradley achieved the top Boy Scouts of America rank
