In today’s society, everyone is pushing for more gun control laws in the United States. While others disagree, they would like to enforce their 2nd amendment right, their right to bear arms. There are many points on how guns can be used in society and its effects: guns can be used for self-defense, also can prevent robberies. Guns can cause a large number of deaths, and if the United States would develop a stricter gun control laws it could help or harm the environment. There have been many cases for a person to use a gun for self-defense. While on the street people are more vulnerable to being a victim of a robbery. If the victim of these robberies or modern people, in general, carried a gun or some sort of weapon the criminal would feel threatened by the firearm.
