Due to the critical nature of the project and limited number of personnel files provided by the manufacturing division, Harry Munson decided to interview potential candidates to find the most qualified and suitable project engineer for the project. Since not all the information required is available in the personnel files, Harry should ask as many critical questions as possible to analyze the abilities and skills of the potential candidates for the project engineering position. Some of the questions that he should ask the potential candidate are:

Since it’s an innovation project and the company’s future depends on it, there is a high possibility that many things in the project could go wrong. So, it is very essential that Harry Munson pick the best suitable candidate for the project engineering position. In order to do that, just reviewing the personnel files is not sufficient. Harry Munson decided to interview the potential candidates to get to know their capabilities and skills on a deeper level because:
• The position has many responsibilities and the project engineer would also be the assistant project manager. It is important to find the best project engineer.
