There it was The Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry which stood beyond a little bridge welcoming me. I never would have dreamed that I would be standing in this very place so many years later. To see such an amazing structure was an awesome experience. Thank you J.K. Rowling the creator of everything Harry Potter! To many adults these appeared as mere children’s movies, fairy tales, or even make-believe; but they are much more to me. As a small child after school, you would find me watching television and being swept away by Bewitched, The Adams Family, Teen Wolf, and Salem’s Lot simply to name a few. I had a natural curiosity for spells, potions, and mythical creatures, and because of this Halloween is still my favorite holiday to celebrate. There I could almost smell the food, but this might have been brought on by my hunger pains which started taking place hours ago. I felt as though Harry Potter was going to run past me soon because he was late to his next class with his friends Ron and Harmonie. With our cameras full of memories and unbelievable experiences; we headed to the exit of the castle. Sadden that our journey had to end there, and thankful we had the experience at all. It all felt like a dream although the breathtaking sight as I walked away is forever etched into my memories. After all, I am a witch for a day with my children at the most prestigious school for witches and wizards. This experience has changed me. I feel accomplishment and have found ease in myself. I had told my children that, if you can dream it, you can make it happen. I found gratification within my own self for visiting
