The job openings at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas are usually advertised in four ways. First, Recruiters will go to job fairs in the area to talk about what positions are available. They will talk with many attendees at the job fair and will receive resumes from attendees who are interested in some positions. The second way is that they will list jobs on the Cosmopolitan website. Third, they advertise openings on job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn. They also work with professional organizations such as National Society of Minorities in Hospitality (NSMH), Association for talent and Development (ATD), Las Vegas Hospitality Association (LVHA), and The Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association (NHLA) to find candidates for the jobs.
