Questions asked during an interview can cause the interviewee to be uncomfortable due to not knowing how to answer them or just the lack of knowledge. Preparing for an interview is something that all new graduates must do before setting for his or her first. Some discussions are offered to help new graduates transition from school-to-work offered at many colleges. This is beneficial due to learning effective ways to respond to interview questions and to make the interview more of a natural process.
As a nurse, completing an interview for a position can be overwhelming and make the new nurse feel uncomfortable. Transcripts are considered an information-seeking mechanism between the inquiring employee for the job and the hiring manager (Sullivan, 2013). Nurse managers usually follow an interview guide to ensure that all pertinent information is gathered from all applicants to make the decision easier to choose the new hire.
