While researching pages talking about Homeland Security, i found many different opinions about the creation of the department, most of which very detailed in stating the cons and pros of having Homeland Security. During the past few years since the 9/11 attacks, many people have wondered whether they’re safer since the creation of the U.S Department of Homeland Security, it was created for a reason, but people start to question if it actually works. Many critics have had this issue go round and round their head, trying to find the correct answer to that question. The opinions that have been shared on social media so that everybody can see and believe it, just doesn’t realize the pros of the department, they mostly aim for the cons, so that they can make the department look useless and gain publicity for doing it. These arguments go nowhere, it’s like going around the country without any direction or destination to go. Regardless of the proof that has been provided by both both attacking and defending side, both seem to have a point in the argument, one side provides the negative effects it has, while the other provides positive ones, instead of arguing, they should take note of the negative and positive effects to figure out how to perfect the department so that it can convince the public that their hard effort is actually working out. The correct way to find the solution to the problem, is working out the problem together, that’s all we need to grow into a stronger and more prosperous
