Martin Luther King Jr. was a baptist minister and a social activist who led the civil rights movement in the mid- 1950s. He was born on January 15 1929, in Atlanta Georgia, and then died in April 4, 1968, in Memphis Tennessee. Dr. King’s leadership was a fundamental that the movement’s success in ending the legal segregation of african americans in the south. King came from a middle-class family steeped in the tradition of the Southern black ministry. His Father and Grandfather were Baptist preachers and his parents were college-educated. Since then, the attacks on this policy, which provided some minorities with preference in admissions. And for African American unemployment rate generally doubles that of the population as a whole, demonstrating a pronounced difficulties providing for families and accumulating wealth. Bullying is a unwanted, aggressive behavior among school aged children. Reasons why I chose this issue is because bullying can harm others in different ways, it can lead to anxiety, depression, suicide thoughts, harming themselves(cutting), and even suicide. It’s hard for parents to know when they're kid is being bullied, some parents think that they're kid is doing fine and they have friends to be with. But in reality they could be getting beat up and being called names like slut or pussy. Mostly jock’s or girls who think they're popular are the bullies, they make fun of them just because they're bored or have nothing else better to do. Once you have acne or braces on, they're definitely going to make fun of you because they're idiots and think that it’ll just make them look cool. Of course over 59% people, on a website I found months ago, think bullying is not bad because maybe they're children experience this kind of stuff. Heck, some parents say its a character build up and it creates a great world. Parents who think Bullying is a okay thing are wrong, they wrong because they don’t know how much their child is going through, they probably don’t even care that their own son or daughter is being called names, rumoring gossips that she is a slut, or beating up him or her in the locker room or bathroom.
