The United States of America was seeking freedom. The country wanted to become independent from British colonies. They were seeking for security for everyone, equal opportunity for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. In order to make this possible, America had to overcome events, as the Tea Party, and had to established important documents, as Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, and The Constitution. The Declaration of Independence was one of the most important documents, in which the United States became Independent and free from the British rule. Therefore, was established the Bill of Rights, in which it established protection for individual liberties. In order to preserve freedom and form a perfect union by securing the blessings of liberty and posterity, was established the Constitution for the United States of America. In the summer of 1776, after about a year of the war against Britain, representatives met to consider an official break with Britain. Before this action, a number of events became to show disagreements with Britain. One event was The Tea Party, 1773, In which American colonists rebel against Britain by chests of British Tea into the Boston Harbor, paving the way for the American Revolution. For this fact, it became The Declaration of Independence in the United States of America. Was adopted in Philadelphia, on July 4, 1776, which announced that the thirteen American colonies are no longer under British rule. This was proposed by the “Committee of Five”; Roger Sherman, Robert Livingston, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and Benjamin Franklin. They proposed that every individual is equal, and has the right to be
