Question 1 – Review of Learning Objectives
As suggested, your supervisor should have given you feedback on your Learning Objectives within the first month of work term. Based on that conversation, what feedback did your supervisor give you on your goals and how do they plan to support you in meeting them?
My supervisor thinks that all of my goals are realistic and achievable for the duration of my work term. He is also impressed with the quality of my work and how I am able to explain the purpose behind every design decisions as well as incorporate input from the management team. Furthermore, he is committed to help me in achieving my goals by providing support through weekly meeting, project feedback, content writing, and online private chat via Hangouts.

What features of the workplace do you particularly like or not like?
Work culture:
BuzzIt seems to have an informal, relaxed, collaborative, and flexible work culture where the employees are free to work at home as long as they get the job done in time. This startup culture really suits my personality well as I like flexible work hours and enjoy interacting with coworkers that treat me as their friend, and not just another coworker. This is also mutually beneficial for me and the company as I tend to get the work done faster when I am comfortable with the environment I am working in.

Features:
I like the fact that the location of the workplace is inside the SFU Surrey campus itself, which is a really accessible and comfortable place to work on. However, I do not particularly like that we do not have a fixed, dedicated workspace and have to share space with other companies which I find them to be somewhat distracting as often times they talked a lot and loudly during work
