How Does Religion Affect The Ratings Of Troubled Teens

Crimes are being committed every day by troubled teens. There is at least one murder every twenty-two minutes, a rape every five minutes, and one burglary every ten minutes. Most American citizens are greatly related to the priority of being a Christian citizen. Christianity is just a religion for some people, but it can also be used to change the lives of troubled teens.
Experts say that most troubled American teens turn to Jesus Christ for forgiveness. Research suggests that religious participation in faith-based programs and church attendance are factors that buffer urban youth from poverty and crimes. There are 57% thrivers in the church or synagogue involvement category. There are also 54% non-thrivers that do not have involvement in churches.

This relationship can be comforting. A safe perceived relationship to God has even been shown to diminish the deleterious effect crimes have on the ratings of troubled teens. Charles Spurgeon says, “Those who serve God must serve him in his own way, and in his strength, or he will never accept their service. That which man doth, unaided by divine strength, God can never own.” This quote describes the right directions you should follow to become close to God.
