How Does Romeo And Juliet Change Throughout The Play

The character I have chosen for study from Shakespeare's play, “Romeo and Juliet” is Romeo Montague, a love-struck teen for Juliet when they first meet at the Capulet party whose family rival his own. The lover, Romeo, went to see Juliet later after the party even though he could have been caught and punished for showing his love for Juliet. Romeo was hiding, he then would learn that Juliet would have the same feeling for him. The two planned to marry the next day and Friar Lawrence agreed because it could bring the two families together. After Romeo and Juliet got married Tybalt confronted Romeo and Mercutio to proceed and into a fight with Romeo which led to the death of both Mercutio and Tybalt because of that, Romeo would get banished, then Friar would have to find a way to have Romeo and Juliet together. Instead of choosing a personality that is similar to me, I wanted to do a person that would have an opposite opinion than me because I wanted to see the differences between a character and I. Another interaction that was surprising is how Romeo think of the Capulet because of this big family’s rivalry I would expect the prince of the Montague would hate the Capulet but he doesn't. Romeo treat Mercutio the same as he would treat as a family which show in Mercutio's death when he killed Tybalt for Mercutio. One of or the most surprising interacting is with Juliet his lover, although she is a Capulet he still love her when he learn about her and Romeo asked Juliet to marry him in the same day they meet which you don’t normally expect from two random
