The United States of America has make some amazing progress from the first 13 settlements. They began as a state represented by a Monarch from England, changed to a republic toward the begin of the insurgency and today regardless we have that republic base in our majority rules system. In spite of the fact that the way how the legislature hasn't changed much, the way how we vote does. At first just the rich and capable had the capacity vote, however in present day America, any legitimate US inhabitant of age not in jail can vote. Consistently, the general population get out and vote in favor of individuals that will attempt to would what they like to do, if not they choose someone else for the employment.

The progressive era changed the face of America it impacted so well to today's society. Without the women's suffrage and everything that happened today's society would not be the way it is. The main thing that happened in the progressive movement was eliminating corruption in the government. The progressive era was around the 20th century. Without the progressive era our society would be so different.
As seen throughout recorded history, conformity has contributed greatly to the inequality and unfair treatment of our fellow human beings and the world all around. If not for conformity, our world could have been a lot different. Perhaps a world of peace, where all species of the planet can live amongst each other in harmony with nature. Perhaps a world where human individualism is not just the "norm", but the moral way of life that contributes positively, not just for all humans, but for all of nature and earth. 2081's United States, does not represent the true meaning of equality.
Has America evolved for the better? In Benjamin Banneker's letter to Thomas Jefferson the injustice of slavery was a major issue in American society. 160 years later American culture was obsessed with keeping up with the latest trends like in “The Plastic Pink flamingo: A Natural History”. Americans strived to be up on the latest fashions and the effect of the pink flamingo on America. Now in, contemporary times, Americans are more immersed in the world of technology than enjoying nature like in the 1800’s. Children in Richard Louv’s Last Child in the Woods were not appreciating nature for what it was anymore, technology was the distraction.
Furthermore, I do believe that things are not going to get any better, since technology is forever changing and some people becoming more corrupt and wanting to win by any means
Over the years you expect society to change especially how the government is organized and set up there is no way there be change any sooner. In fact, there is hardly any change done to the twenty first century that we still base our structures of life and the constitution to the past. For example in the second paragraph, “Our new research, forthcoming about many political issues, they have not become more polarized over the past 60 years.” (Hill)
Since the Vietnam war till today America has changed drastically due to specific groups. During the Vietnam war doves and hawks had an affect on America. In the 1980s and 1990s the U.S government changed because of liberals and conservatives. Now America has changed due to the terrorist groups attacking us and other countries. These groups have changed America for the better.
America is the land of the free, home of the brave. As an American I learned those words as soon as I started elementary school. America is the greatest country on earth… or is it? America has a history of oppressing people because of race, occupation, and heritage. Yet as a people we like to say that, that is in the past and now we are inclusive as ever and everyone is considered equal.
As time goes on, individuals start to pursue a better lifestyle and more freedom. In order to do these things, human beings need to make changes in the world. The thinking of people is so unpleasant sometimes that worse things can occur. In both societies, the thinking of people is so careless that changes frighten them. The world we have today and the world in the Chrysalids are both changing negatively.
The fourteenth century started with the rise of the Black Death, an agricultural event that continued on to also affect economic, intellectual, cultural, and social history. Less crops meant higher prices and inflation, therefore causing fees to rise. Peasants were able to ask for higher wages. It then evolved socially. It was definitely a major part of the everyday experiences of the people at the time, whether in the amount of food they were able to grow or the money they were able to get.
The entire book mimics the society that we have today. Even though it was written in the 19th century, its theme is still relevant. Nowadays, we can still observe the criticizing eyes of the people towards each other, no matter what society we belong. Furthermore, the character of Godfrey and Dustan still exists. Since then and now, those people who do unscrupulous things hides their wrong doings and they do everything just to keeps it conceal.

It's humanity who has changed society. God created more than one human, so we could have company. How can we have company if other's barely even notice our existence? In the past, society was different, very different. There were people communicating, kids playing, and just interacting with each
Most people are unaware of how change can make life better, but it doesn’t have to be this way. It is up to us to look upon it as something positive and learn how to use it to our own advantage and increase greater levels of
