How Does The Gestapo Game Relate To Anne Frank

The Gestapo game had me relate to Anne Frank in many ways such as us having to give up/lose items to be able to escape the Gestapo, our team struggling to get to the library where the passes/cafeteria where the ration cards were, and us having to run from the Gestapo to hide away. This is like Anne Frank in many ways, she had to give up her house and items to survive for a little while, she and her family must have struggled to get ration cards, and last she had to run away from the Gestapo and hide away in the secret annex. Anne Frank had to escape for the safety of herself and her family. She delayed the death of her family and self just by hiding and being able to handle those living conditions for long enough. When Anne was finally caught the war was almost over indicating she lived long enough to survive most of WW2. The first reason the Gestapo game made me relate to Anne Frank is giving up items for our survival. I had to give up my beanie and my shoe for us to get our cards and passes and we were able to move freely without having to worry about the Gestapo. We had originally planned to go to the hockey rink where it was muddy and we nearly made it there but were caught. We had to give up shoes, phones, socks, hats, and more. We were all able to get passes and even a spare one to avoid getting detention from the guards/Gestapo. The librarian needed you to have a pass to get into the library causing us to have to create a fake library pass to get in once we were we would have to show the librarian our signed map but one of our members had it so it gave us some trouble getting a pass. Eventually, we all ended up with a pass and could then walk around more freely but not free enough until we got our ration
