Video games are a somewhat new form of entertainment, the best way to be part of a fictional world. Where in books you have to imagine the pictures in video games the whole world is already made with sounds, images, and sometimes other real people from across the world. The best part is you can experience many things that you may not experience otherwise and if you do they could give you help if you are in the same situation in the future. There are many genres of video games like multiplayer or mystery, so you can find the best one for you. You can also get exercise from motion-controlled games like with a Wii where you move your body to play the game, so it makes exercising fun. Some of the first adventure video games, soon after Spacewar, the video games weren't all complete worlds, but text worlds that would change on your decisions in the game.
