1. The aim of this report is to give you a few experiences about the skills I developed during the three-week challenge and how I react when I was working in a team. First, team is a group of people who collaborate successfully to finish the assessed challenge. The team approaches also can help you and your team to recognize your strengths and development needs. Group activities, breed fear in most student's heart and I'm one of them who can understand this feeling, such as "I'll work extra hard and do it by myself or at least let me choose my team.", but finally I try to have a positive result for my team. To begin with, we adopt our dominant parts in light of the fact that this is the most comfortable way for us to act like a team. Firstly, we prepared how to create a solid team atmosphere and also how we can everyone be productive and perform their tasks effectively. As a student, I develop some effective aptitudes like:
2.1 Individual Responsibility: All group members concede to what needs to carry out and by whom. Every student then figures out what he or she needs to do and take responsibility to finish the challenges.
2.2 Problems solving: Group members help the ground to create and use strategies to their team tasks. Teamwork can prompt better choices and services, (everyone has unique qualities) so as a result working as a team is better than a single brain.
2.3 Developing Relationships: The team members produce ideas, weigh up the upsides and downsides and take advice from "experts" of each team. However, this can help the members to avoid unnecessary conflicts since they have ended up decently familiar with each other through cooperation.
2.4 Everyone has unique qualities: Team members know which roles can be filled inside a team and what, is the best role suited for each member. Through teamwork the sharing of these qualities boosts my own learning experience and make me more productive in the

What needs to do, how it needs to do, and who should do what are some of our discussions. In addition, As group of university students if we need clarifications of any of these issues, then a member of the team ask the course tutor for help. As a team (GSX) we communicate openly with each other, to make solid atmosphere for the team and an effective process discussion taken after.
