Norway is different from The United States in all ways. Norway’s political power is ran by the prime minister but has a King that’s main focus is Military. The main exports are petroleum, fish and aluminum to other surrounding countries. This limits their contributions to the world with exports due to the size of the country. Language is small and its use of English is taught at a more advance age in school, used as the second language. The structure of Norway’s government is different from United States of America. Norway is ran by a constitutional monarchy. The king is the main person that is seen but has limited control on anything; he is shown as the head of military forces and for continuity and stability. The real head of power is put into the hands of the prime minister. He sits as the head of the dominant party in the country’s parliament. This language is used in most books, spoken by most living in the urban areas throughout the country. English is only taught starting at the age of 10, and spoken in populated, tourist areas. Communication is very similar to that of the United States; Technology is throughout the urban area not as much in the country side. Cell phones are not used widely in the country. (every culture, 2001) The crazy fashion that we all see is used by the necessity to keep warm. Being well dressed is a very important and being dressed as a slum is frowned upon. The only times that the culture dresses nice is during special occasions. These dress clothes are usually handmade and elaborate embroidery.
