The series of events that led to the birth of modern science is called the Scientific Revolution. This event occurred between 1540-1700, and it was an event that radically changed the world. The reason this event changed the world was because the concept of science was introduced, with science people began to look at the world in many different ways. Before the revolution, people studied were given advice from authorities like ancient Greek writers and Catholic Church officials. After the revolution, people began to observe more instead of relying on what they were told.
