P3 Draft 1
In this task of P3 I will be explaining the benefits to customers of a business using Internet marketing. For this I will be using key terms such as price transparency, comprehensive and up to date information, dynamic pricing, responsive transactions and also customer service which includes digital complaints, chat and customer to customer. I will use examples from different businesses that use these different techniques and what the benefits are to the customers using them.

For example on sites such as New look customers have to be registered with the online shop, this means that the business knows their personal details such as name, address and contact details this is so that the company know where to send their products, this is beneficial for the customers as when returning they only need to sign in with the site using a user name and password to gain access then the address etc are automatically found on the system so that it saves the customer time and can be done quickly, and securely paid for. The benefit of a speedy transaction for the customer is that they don’t have to waste a lot of time going through the process, this is because the whole point of using the internet for marketing is to make it easier and quicker for the customer, and it would defeat the object if it wasn’t and would make it easier for the customer to purchase the products in
