Pamela has a hectic schedule, she needs to be able to buy personalized gifts quickly and easily and needs to be sure that the gifts look and feel luxurious.”

Professional and personal background: Pamela works for a national marketing firm. She has been in the workforce for 12 years. Pamela’s hobbies include volunteering with her college’s alumni association, where she assists with fundraisers …show more content…

Jason is a mechanical engineer and often works long hours. Pamela and Jason have a two year-old daughter, Penelope that is in daycare during the workday. The family lives in a suburb of San Diego. Often on weekends they will attend seasonal events such as harvest fairs, local carnivals, musical events and fundraisers.
Goals: As a project manager, volunteer for the alumni association, mother, daughter and daughter in-law, it is important to Pamela to ensure she retains and continues to maintain a strong relationship with those that are close to her. She does not have a lot of free time to write personal messages or shop, and she does not like cookie-cutter, impersonal gifts.
Need/want statements: Pamela wants a quick and easy way to build and maintain relationships both professionally and personally. Her personal time is important to her and she wants to spend it with her family and friends as much as possible. She wants to buy gifts that she knows the recipient will enjoy and not have to worry about fit, color, or quality. She needs to purchase her gifts from a site that will remember previous orders, names and addresses. When purchasing edible gifts, the ingredients list must be easy to find so she can steer clear of products that contain peanuts or other known allergy
