It is with great interest that I submit my application for the position of Human Resources Associate Analyst. As you will see from my resume, being a part of a family owned organization for 15 years has provided me with an opportunity to fill many roles. I have learned to be flexible with my time and responsive to the daily needs of the organization. Many of the duties I have are from seeing a need and filling it, one of these being employee development. I designed and implemented a training program for new employees. I crafted a program that would not only teach the required skills but also focus on employee satisfaction and retention. Each new employee is evaluated and the training is adjusted to fit their abilities and learning style.

I spent two years working on the Professional Development Conference at Salem College. My experience running the conference expanded on my interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and the knowledge I gained as a business administration major. I had to recruit and inspire a diverse group made up of staff, faculty, students, community leaders, vendors, and professionals in various fields. I needed to be efficient to accomplish my goals as a leader.
I am driven to excel. I am not afraid to work hard and put in the time necessary to complete my work to a high level of satisfaction. This is evidenced not only by my community involvement, my on-campus achievements, but also by my receiving the Sophisteia award upon graduation. This award is given to the non-traditional student with the highest GPA in their graduating class. All of this I accomplished while maintaining my full time position striving towards distinguishing my organization as an area leader in the automotive service
