My current position as Executive Assistant of SCF President since February 2015 has provided me many valuable insights into the current strategy, structure, processes and culture of the company. Moreover, the ongoing projects and tasks have been a great experience to get familiar with colleagues and gain a deeper understanding of the market we are operating. While as an EA of Jackie Han I am still benefiting and getting opportunities to increase my knowledge and skills every day, I recently also started to think about my career development path within Schindler in China. As presented in more detail in my CV, my fundamental strength is analytical thinking with a high proficiency level that I could achieve during extensive research at the University (Master and PhD thesis) as well as during various assignments in companies and organizations. These theoretical and applied research tasks did not only improve my project management qualifications and target oriented problem solving capabilities, but the project diversity also enhanced my multidisciplinary skills, intercultural competencies and my ability to learn quickly. In addition, I am a very entrepreneurial person that loves to take challenges in particular in highly dynamic environments. I demonstrated this for instance with a voluntary interim year for a marketing assignment in Suzhou in 2005 for a Swiss textile machinery company, with my independently conducted Master thesis research in the city of Yiwu or my PhD thesis about learning and innovation of Swiss companies in China and with designing and organizing two field trips for Master students to China.
