Well, this is what Anne Frank and her family had to do. Along with the Franks, one other family, and another man lived in the annex for the 25 months. The Franks moved from Germany to Amsterdam when the Jews were beginning to be persecuted. When the Franks received a letter saying that there daughter Margot was required to come to a working camp, they went into hiding.
