The Ethical Warrior is a concept that us as Marines try to be by our core values of Honor, Courage and Commitment. We are taught these by are Drill Instructors as soon as we stepped on those yellow footprints at boot camp and started our journey as Marines. The purpose of education is to improve our thinking which can lead to success. Defining modern schooling and its effectiveness proves to be quite controversial. Based on how the unsatisfactory system is run and the claim that it produces immaturity causes people to start questioning if mandatory schooling is really necessary to achieve an education. School determines the type of education a student is allowed to receive based on their social class meaning that the upper class may have access to better books and programs while the poor can not.
Introduction During my first year, I was very much interested to learn about the routine of the protocol as well as the way in which different learning points I have been learning in Chiropractic Studies can fit effectively in it. I was also interested to observe the interaction between a practitioner and patient for learning, easy to understand communication style that I would like to use as a chiropractor. Further, I experienced different contrasting styles that I would like to compete with in my career. This paper is aimed to provide my learning experiences as a chiropractor.
A quote from Outliers says, “Practice isn't the thing you do once you're good. It's the thing you do that makes you good.” This quote shows that to reach success you must put effort into what you do. It matters because putting effort into something makes it worth it. If you don't try and learn from the process you haven’t grown in experience, so you haven’t grown much at all.

College has three separate purposes, the commercial which prepares you to start a career, the moral which helps you determine your own beliefs and the cognitive which helps you learn how to think better.
High school and College students’ ethics have elevated over the years and has only increased. Cheating has been a tremendous epidemic for a long period of time and recently skyrocketed because of the creation of smartphones and electronics. Students who are academically dishonest are usually in honors and advanced placement classes because they are challenged and learning a more rigorous curriculum than the other students who are in college prep courses. The reason for their actions is because of academic stress students receive on a daily basis to obtain admirable grades, so they can go to a well-known college.

At the beginning of this course I honestly thought that my personal values and ethics all came from the same source, which was the religion I grew up following. With this course I was able to see and reflect that it is a habit that was formed and that it has become a routine that I have put myself through. I have been living a life where I was told and expect to believe what my values were I never had the change to explore it myself. The feeling that if I was able to explore myself and my values and be more open to things other then just the values that my church taught me I would have been a very successful woman now. I truly believe that it would affect different aspects of my adult life.
Teaching philosophy is described by Sadker and Sadker as, “Behind every school and every teacher is a set of related beliefs - a philosophy of education – that influences what and how students are taught. A philosophy of education represents answers to questions about the purpose of schooling, a teacher’s role and what should be taught and by what methods.” (Teacher, Schools and Society. 2005). With this definition in consideration, my teaching philosophy is “I believe that children learn best when they are given the chance to choose, discuss and explore what they want to learn, when they want to learn and how they want to learn.
Education is a huge issue that not only affects kids and their parents, but their community as well. Schools teach young kids to become the next generation of engineers, technicians, and political leaders, working towards creating a better future for their country and their community. Teachers have the unique job of creating the future leaders of the world, and preparing them for both college and life beyond, by putting a special push towards math and science, the so-called “foundation” of our society. The hard truth is, no one can be anything they want to be. Some people are simply not cut out to be engineers, doctors, or psychologists.
Ethics according to my understanding is that division of philosophy which concerns with the moral principles that guide us in terms of our behaviour and way of doing things. Ethics simply helps a person in distinguishing between the right and wrong, good and bad, just and unjust, acceptable and unacceptable. It incorporates the ethical standards or the code of ethics guiding a person into the right path by instilling discipline and other virtues in our life’s daily activities. As professional teachers we endowed with dignity and reputation with high code of conduct while practicing the noble teaching profession which also requires us to follow set of ethical and moral principles, standards and values. Ethics in education concerns with the study of ethical standards or basic principles related rooted in the education system.
