Teaching information literacy skills is the most rewarding aspect of my work. As the Library Instruction Coordinator and Librarian for the Languages & Culture (team leader) and General Studies Writing (GSW)/First Year Experience (FYE) Instruction Teams at BGSU, I am passionate about creating nurturing and validating learning environments; making the learning process a two-way collaborative, active, and engaging experience; and developing students’ critical thinking skills.
