However, therapy is not a clear cut subject. It deals with what could possibly be the most complex thing on this entire planet, the human mind. Inside the human mind there are innumerable chemicals, signals being fired, signals being misfired, and to top it all off, science still cannot explain half of what goes on in the brain. Therapy has never been guaranteed to work, and it never will be. People who are afraid to seek therapy, or are afraid of confronting their issues may put off help for years. This is often much more dangerous than the issues themselves. People with a history of depression or anxiety may be too scared to come forward about their issues.
