Since I entered high school, I have pursued this by taking all honors classes and any Advanced Placement classes offered to me each year. I desire meaning in my life, and I believe a career in the public policy world would certainly fulfill that wish. I have been accepted to the International Internships Program in Singapore. I am currently in talks with the program supervisor to facilitate an internship for public policy research or international trade. We have not decided on what my internship will be specifically, but it will hopefully draw on both of my majors and introduce me to the professional world. This is a significant moment in my college career.
By participating as an SIP intern, I hope to gain experience in the scientific field and to further my passion in science. When I am a working adult, I would be most happy spending my days in bioengineering. I highly enjoy delving into biology- I love the classes, reading its applications, and researching what the career is like.
