1. Can you tell me a little about yourself?
I have been in the field for two years and have worked for an intern for Miami University as a Human resources assistant. Currently, within a year of my internship I was offer a full time Job as a Human resources assistant at Miami University. I have a degree in Associate in arts from Miami Dade college and I am currently working on my bachelor on Service and Management Program. I currently have a certification on Human resources. I am specialized in giving training and development as a human resource assitance and have successfully conducted more than seven training programs in a year.

What are your greatest professional strengths?
My strengths are my interpersonal skills, and usually I can persuade people easily. I have good judgment about people and an intuitive sense of their talent and ability to contribute to a given problem. I also try to gain knowledge by reading and researching the industry and what I can use to help the company grow. My strengths are organizing learning modules, creating instructional activities and presenting concepts, thus I feel that I can work best is this field. I am willing to input my efforts with your company and moving ahead with this career.

3. How would your boss and co-workers describe you?
My manager and co workers would describe me in one word, driven. I am someone who would rather work tirelessly to overcome obstacles on my own as opposed to continuously seeking managerial guidance. I try to make my managers live easier in this way. I often like to offer solutions and way to save money and time.
