No water, No money, not what you are want when looking for a beneficial place to live
Iraq is not an ideal place to live. Iraq was involved in wars such as the Iran-Iraq war taking place in 1980-1988 and the Persian Gulf War in 1990-1991 leaving Iraq in bad shape and isolated and without finances. Iraq has 36 miles near the end of the Persian Gulf making Iraq the furthest country from the sea and taking all sovereignty from Iraq meaning power and authority.
Some people might say that Iraq is an ideal place to live because of the percentage of people ages 15-24 that can read which is 87% but they are wrong because even though the younger citizens can read only 19% of people 65 and older can read so they cannot teach kids anything.

The GDP per capita is only 6,334 dollars.
This is not enough money, The country of Iraq has many wars so they spend 4.2% of their GDP on military. Iraq’s GDP is 171.5 billion dollars but if they keep having wars then they will spend more and more money on the military and have even less money. 171.5 billion dollars might sound like a lot of money but compared to the USA it is not that much. The USA has 18.57 trillion dollars according to World Bank.
If there is not enough money no one can live properly with all the essentials they need to live.

There are 247,861 refugees in Iraq according to the refugee count map.
The refugees are going to want to find jobs and get away from the live they used to live and they will need to be payed about 300,000 refugees are in iraq according to UNHCR.
If Iraq is taking in all these refugees than the GDP Per Capita will decrease along with the GDP since there will be a higher population of Iraqis needing money.
Secondly, in Iraq there is religion conflict
65% of people in Iraq are shia muslim and 35% are sunni muslim
Having these two percentages of religion can cause problems because the people will not agree with one another and cause conflict between the religion leading to war and tearing apart
