Space exploration is the continuous exploration and discovery of the universe beyond our own atmosphere. It has helped make multiple helpful discoveries, making certain technologies available to be used in other forms. I can be costly, and hazardous to those involved. Is space exploration too costly and hazardous or is the understanding of space and Earth along with the spinoff technologies worth it?
Benefits of Space Exploration
NASA has collaborated with Google to solve challenging technical problems. They have helped solve multiple problems and issues. This includes things like large scale data management and massively distributed computing, to human computer interfaces to help reach the goal of making the vast ocean of data more advanced initiatives benefiting in areas such as photo/video image and enhancement, virtual reality, design, stimulation training, and medical applications. Space exploration has also introduced the spin off technology of GPS through satellites. Satellites helped The development of the technology of GPS. A GPS is a piece of technology which is installed in vehicles and it serves as an onboard navigation system. Phones use GPS technology on things like ‘Find my iPhone’, Google Maps, and location tagging pictures. Space exploration has also created many jobs.
