Is Technology Taking Over Our Lives? Technology can be an amazing thing. It has improved nowadays medicine, education, it made our lives easier. It is very comfortable and if utilized carefully, can improve our lives without much danger to our society. However, the statistics are scary. We spent more time than ever glued to the screens and do not even realize how life is slipping away from us. Although technology has its benefits, it has negative physical, mental, and social effects on our population. Technology affects our bodies more than we can imagine. To begin with, gadgets we use in our everyday life are ruining our spine.
