The most recent generation we live in is called Millenials and we have something very important that the other generations don’t have: social media. Social media allows many news companies to upload information easily accessible to us by the push of a button. I believe this generation is more informed than previous ones thanks to technology because social media has lots of info, people are always on their phones, and 88% of people use Facebook as a source for news. Social media provides more than enough information for our generation in seconds. The article states, “Nowadays, social media has allowed the spread of information at a rate that has never been seen before,” (“Is This Generation Really More Informed?”, Paragraph #1).
