There’s always that specific person who is to blame for everything. They might not be entirely accountable but they hold the majority of it. In the novel entitled Lord of the Flies by William Golding, a group of British boys whose age ranges from age six to twelve, crashed into an island. At first, they tried to form a government so there’s order present in the island, but things don’t specifically follow through. Jack Merridew, a redheaded boy, holds the responsibility of what happened on the island because he’s selfish and leads the boys down the path of savagery. A reason why Jack is to blame for the events that occurred is that only thinks about himself. When he was appointed the leader of the hunters, he became so engrossed in it that
