Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer, born May 21, 1960, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, US is known to be responsible for the murders of 17 young men and boys between 1978 and 1991. 12 of these victims were killed in his apartment at 924 N 25th St, Milwaukee. Three other victims were murdered at Dahmer's Grandmother's house at 2357 South 57th Street in West Allis. 14 of Dahmer's victims were from various ethnic backgrounds, and 9 were black.
